A Decent Stay

I found the location to be GREAT. It was close to the science museum and not too far from the city center. The breakfast had a good variety, WHICH I enjoyed.
The wifi was not VERY reliable. It was often hit or miss, causing some INCONVENIENCE. the air conditioning did not work effectively in the room I had.

The hotel location was very convenient. I found many cafes and restaurants nearby. It was a short walk to the city center. My room was cleaned daily and fresh towels were provided. The reception staff were helpful.
The hotel gym was outdated and poorly ventilated. The equipment available was very limited. It was not suitable for many guests.

a romantic getaway

i found the staff kind, especially teresa at reception. she helped resolve an issue i had created. i was grateful for her efficiency and warmth. the hotel also provided a great breakfast with plentiful options. lots of hot water for showers added to the comfort.
the gym sits on the seventh floor. this meant that i heard noise from people running on treadmills and dropping weights. my room on the sixth floor was affected.

the room included a complete refrigerator and complimentary water for a nice touch. a complimentary fan and chocolates was left as a gift, a lovely surprise after my travels. the bed proved comfortable for a restful night.

the hotel staff safely stored my bags when i arrived early. the same service happened on my departure day, so convenient. the reception crew was professional and kind.

the front desk staff seemed friendly. secure parking in the basement was a plus since i arrived by car. the breakfast choice was good and fresh water was in the room daily. a fridge was also present in my room.
the room i had required some attention. some lights were not working in the room. the parquet floor was quite worn with loose planks. the woodwork on a door frame seemed hastily done.

my stay included a refill of water each day. The staff were friendly and resolved issues quickly. Breakfast had adequate variety, it offered both hot and cold options. I found the room spacious, it had modern amenities.
the tv in my room did not work properly. i had to call maintenance to fix it.
